The Department of Veterans Affairs offers exercise programs for veterans. At Adelaide Active Rehab & Therapy we are proud to provide Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy services to our local veterans.
Physical therapy programs are designed to help veterans improve their mobility, strength, and overall function. These programs can be helpful for veterans with a variety of conditions, including neurological conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic pain.
With eligible Gold or White card you could be accessing fully funded gym and pool exercise and rehabilitation programs with our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.
Our therapists can provide a range of treatments including exercise programs to improve movement and control with hydrotherapy and gym-based programs. We offer both land and water based programs all from the one site.
Many DVA clients access support from our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists.
To access our services we require a signed D904 form or a referral from your GP.
