What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates at Adelaide Active is a structured, small-group exercise program designed to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall movement. Led by a qualified Exercise Physiologist, Clinical Pilates focuses on individualised exercises tailored to each participant’s rehabilitation and fitness needs. It is ideal for injury recovery, rehabilitation, and general well-being, making it suitable for all experience levels.

This program provides a controlled and personalised approach to movement, ensuring each participant receives targeted exercises to enhance strength, balance, and mobility in a safe and supportive environment. Unlike traditional gym workouts, Clinical Pilates is not circuit-based but instead focuses on precision, control, and progressive movement to support rehabilitation and prevent injuries.
