Clinical Pilates Classes

Clinical Pilates is a safe and effective way to support your body through pregnancy and beyond. Led by experienced physiotherapists, these classes focus on posture, stability, and controlled movement to help you stay strong, mobile, and confident as your body changes.

What to Expect:

Each session includes a tailored mix of mat and reformer exercises guided by a physiotherapist. You’ll focus on controlled, mindful movement, core and pelvic floor strengthening, and breath work. Classes are small and personal, ensuring close attention to your technique and comfort.

Mums & Bubs Clinical Pilates

Our Mum & Bubs Clinical Pilates classes are designed to help you recover safely after birth with your baby right by your side. These sessions rebuild strength, stability, and confidence while creating space to bond and connect with other new mums.

What to Expect

Classes combine gentle mat-based Pilates with guided strengthening and mobility work. Our physiotherapists ensure every exercise is adapted to your postnatal stage, whether you’re six weeks or six months postpartum. You’re welcome to stop for cuddles or feeds at any time, no pressure, just support.

Exercising in the water during pregnancy provides gentle resistance and relief from pressure on your joints. AquaBumps classes are tailored to expectant mums, helping reduce swelling, improve circulation, and provide a calm space to relax while staying active.

These fun, nurturing sessions allow you to move freely in warm water while supporting your baby. Perfect for postnatal recovery, AquaMums & Bubs promotes gentle strengthening, bonding, and confidence in a relaxing environment.

Low-impact water exercise eases tension on joints and muscles, helping your body recover comfortably after childbirth.

Bond with your baby in the water

Experience calm, joyful moments as you and your baby float, splash, and move together in the soothing warmth of our hydrotherapy pool.

What to Expect:

Each class includes gentle movement and strengthening exercises led by an experienced instructor. The 34oC hydrotherapy pool offers a warm, calming environment perfect for relaxation and recovery. Bring your baby’s float support or borrow one from us and enjoy connecting with other mums in a fun, pressure-free class.
