Kelsey has always been at home in the water.

At 6 months of age, she started water babies, progressing to swimming lessons and then competing in interschool swimming carnivals. Kelsey taught Vacswim while studying for her Degree in Physiotherapy and developed a love of Hydrotherapy as a qualified Physiotherapist. Kelsey uses her knowledge of how the buoyancy of water can alleviate pain to help people with lower back pain injuries, float and relieve pressure on their spine. She uses warm water to encourage her patients to stretch their muscles and the resistance of water to build up muscle strength.

Kelsey knows the pool can also be great for fitness, rehabilitation or pregnancy because she too has used the pool for these reasons.

Kelsey has been running Hydrotherapy Classes around Adelaide for almost 10 years. She also works as a Physiotherapist providing diagnosis and treatment for a variety of injuries.  Her passion to help people have a better quality of life by reducing pain and increasing function, can be seen in the clinic, in the gym or in the pool.

On the weekend Kelsey can be found at the playground with her very active 15 month old, walking her dog or trying to find some quiet time to read her latest book.
